Shipping & Printing Policies

The following policies apply to each order.  Please review before you purchase your order!

Printing Policy
All orders must be proofed by the customer before printing.  T-RexCards.com takes no responsibility for spelling or other design errors or mistakes.  Some designs, although uploaded via our custom order upload process may still be rejected for printing at the sole discretion of T-RexCards staff.    


Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 3pm Eastern Monday through Friday ship next business day. Although we make a good faith attempt to keep strictly to this shipping schedule, there may be cases where a shipment cannot go out next business day. Generally in these types of cases the customer is notified via E-mail, although they may not be. All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS or comparable carrier. Orders shipped by ground service average 2-5 business days from date of order to reach its destination. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Due to the unpredictable nature of custom orders (i.e. custom uploaded designs not purchased via our card creators) they may take additional time to print and ship.

Please include a complete street address for all orders. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping on single quantity orders is a flat rate $8.95 for UPS on all domestic retail orders.  

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except in the case of defective product.
