Governing Law

Any claim relating to BN Pagosa Designs, LLC's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 3pm Eastern generally ship next business day. Although we make a good faith attempt to keep strictly to this shipping schedule, there may be cases where a shipment cannot go out next business day. Generally in these types of cases the customer is notified via E-mail, although they may not be. All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS or comparable carrier. Orders shipped by ground service average 2-5 business days from date of order to reach its destination. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Billing Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars.

Return Policy and Proofing Errors

Damaged or defective product may be exchanged for a replacement. However, since every order contains customized information from customer's own input and direction, proofing is the customers responsibility. Since orders are approved by the customer before being submitted for processing and are printed exactly as submitted, no orders will be accepted for return due to proofing errors. BN Pagosa Designs, LLC is not reponsibile for proofing. Any order cancellations BEFORE cards are shipped are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Account policy

BN Pagosa Designs, LLC reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at T-RexCards.com without a notice if user has provided wrong information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has been inactive for more than 180 days.

Download License

Downloads are solely for personal, noncommercial use. Copies of download can only be stored on computers or devices owned by the person or entity who purchased the download. Additional licenses of downloads can be purchased from BN Pagosa Designs, LLC.
