By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BN Pagosa Designs, LLC's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1. modify or copy the materials;
2. attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or use any software or code contained on BN Pagosa Designs, LLC's web site or related sub-domains for your own perosonal or commercial use without prior written consent of BN Pagosa Designs LLC;

All designs submitted for printing are done so at the customer's direction, and BN Pagosa Designs LLC makes no claim of ownership or otherwise to any of the assets such as text, or images that may be used in the design and ultimately printed. All users are responsible for their own design and consent for the use of any assets that are submitted to BN Pagosa Designs, LLC for print. By submitting an existing design or by creating a new design, you are stating that you have the necessary consent to use said printed assets. Note that all clip-art (with the exception of brand logos whose trademarks belong to their respective owners) found in the T-RexCards custom card creator that can be embedded into the design of a raised business card may be used royalty free, for personal or commerical use, and free of charge.

Limitations
In no event shall BN Pagosa Designs, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BN Pagosa Designs, LLC's Internet site, even if BN Pagosa Designs, LLC or a BN Pagosa Designs, LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law
Any claim relating to BN Pagosa Designs, LLC's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 3pm Eastern Monday - Friday ship next business day. Although we make a good faith attempt to keep strictly to this shipping schedule, there may be cases where a shipment cannot go out next business day. Generally in these types of cases the customer is notified via E-mail, although they may not be. All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS or comparable carrier. Orders shipped by ground service average 2-5 business days from date of order to reach its destination. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Due to the unpredictable nature of custom orders (i.e. custom uploaded designs not purchased via our card creators) they may take additional time to print and ship.

Shipping on single quantity orders is a flat rate $8.95 for UPS on all domestic retail orders.

Billing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. Additional Credit Card types can be used via Paypal. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars.

Return Policy and Proofing Errors
Damaged or defective product may be exchanged for a replacement. However, since every order contains customized information from customer's own input and direction, proofing is the customers responsibility. Since orders are approved by the customer before being submitted for processing and are printed exactly as submitted, no orders will be accepted for return due to proofing errors. BN Pagosa Designs, LLC is not reponsibile for proofing. Any order cancellations BEFORE cards are shipped are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs to receive refunds on returned orders.  This does not include defective purchases.

Account policy
BN Pagosa Designs, LLC reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at T-RexCards.com without a notice if user has provided wrong information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has been inactive for more than 180 days.

Download License
Downloads are solely for personal, noncommercial use. Copies of download can only be stored on computers or devices owned by the person or entity who purchased the download. Additional licenses of downloads can be purchased from BN Pagosa Designs, LLC.
